Rather than explain how to drive a circuit and tell you what gear to be in, where the bumps and and all that technical stuff I thought we'd look at the more human and interesting side to the race track – what I hear and smell from the cockpit as I go around and around getting hungrier and hungrier at the smell of bacon cooking on a BBQ in the early morning.

After 10 laps of bacon, I'm over it and hold my breath.

Then it's time for lunch and everyone is having steak on the infield! Aaaaarrrggghhhh –such torture¡ And then all the fans on the banking sucking down beers – really awful for me because I want a beer with them too!
